I couldn't have asked for a better location in the heart of the historic city center. The value for the price range was excellent. The breakfast, served in a charming adjacent property with antiques and a lovely courtyard, exceeded my expectations. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, having a mini-bar fridge in the room was a convenient bonus.

This hotel is a little gem. Staff were very friendly and the roooms very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Many local restaurants and coffee shops nearby to choose from, we were recommended to a restaurant less than 100 yds away which was very reasonable and had great local food. Superb location with a short walk to the shops and to the main square. The castle/convent is a must see and only 15 minutes walk away. I could have spent all day there.
Parking is not available although there are plenty of spaces around the corner and opposite if you are lucky enough to get one.

Centrally located on the main pedestrian street, this hotel is in the very centre, close to everything that makes a trip to the city worth while. It is conveniently situated near a park where a medieval fair was taking place that weekend. The rooms are comfortable with ensuite bathrooms, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served on the top floor and the hotel offers good wifi.
Limited luxury amenities.

The hotel is small, clean and cosy. Very good location - in the center of the town, near the park.

Easy parking nearby, making it hassle-free to come and go. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.
Some noise from the corridor in the morning, could use better soundproofing. The beds were a bit old and squeaky, could be more comfortable.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. We found the location great, right in the old town of Tomar, a few steps from the main square and acroos from the park. The room is small but quite adequate, the bathroom old -fashioned with weird outside plumbing and not much room between the toilet and the sink, but perfect for the category of the hotel. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was also enjoyable. We didn't have any problem with parking . There are many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding streets and the Templar castle is a 10 minute walk up the hill.Good little hotel.

I visited Tomar to attend a conference. I enjoyed the friendly and welcoming nature of the service, the fantastic location, and the affordability of the hotel. I felt comfortable and welcome at all times at the Hotel, and was very pleased I did not spend a fortune to stay at the conference hotel (across the street from Residencial Cavaleiros de Cristo), and still I was able to enjoy all the amenities of the Residencial. In addition, I forgot a battery charger in the hotel, and the personnel sent it to me in Lisboa immediately. I was quite thankful and impressed!

Great hotel in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us during our stay.- The room was comfortable and well-heated, perfect for the colder weather.
Parking was a challenge, as there were limited spots available near the hotel. The noise from the main street was quite audible, making it difficult to sleep at night.

This is a rather no-frill accomodation, but on the other hand - there is nothing really to complain about, everything is ok, minibar is not an empty fridge (as opposed to some much better Portuguese hotels we were in) and good breakfast is included in the price. Btw - Tomar is a higly recommended little gem, not only for the majestic Convento, but also for its serenity and delicious cuisine served there (we tried three restaurants, every one exceeded expectations - apparently this town is the Portugal's culinary capital)!

very clean and comfortable. But the price is high, especially during the festival of tray.

The breakfast served in the adjacent historic property was a great value for the money, with a pretty courtyard and antiques. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. having a mini-bar fridge in the room was a convenient feature.
Although the room was clean and the size was appropriate, it was a bit small and there was not much room to stretch. the bathroom could do with some modernization.

You feel incredibily nice at the reception - the lady was so kind and helpful. Perfect location in Tomar.
Cannot say a bad word , for us the only issue was too small room (must fit inside with baby cot)
